Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx) – $12.95
    Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (EMS) – Free for orders over $50
    Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Books, DVDs & Gifts: Once opened, these items are considered used and cannot be resold.
  • Fluorocarbon Leader & Braid: Fishing line products are cut to order and cannot be returned for hygiene and practical reasons.

Eligible Items for Return

All other items (rods, reels, combos, accessories) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and all tags/manuals.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be present
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item was damaged/defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get the process started:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Do not ship the item back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, including covering return shipping. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email.
