However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Order Processing and Shipping

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Free for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Sales Tax

For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, applicable sales tax will be added to your order. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Books, DVDs & Gifts: Once opened, these items are considered used and cannot be resold.
• Fluorocarbon Leader & Braid: Fishing line products are cut to order and cannot be returned for hygiene and practical reasons.

Eligible Items for Return

All other items (rods, reels, combos, accessories) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and all tags/manuals.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• All tags, manuals, and accessories must be present
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item was damaged/defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely pack the item with the RMA number and ship to: Cheap Shimano Store Returns, 2032 Gorgas Street, Montgomery, US 36106

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, including covering return shipping.
